Boot Camp is a high intensity, total body workout combining non-stop strength and aerobic exercises in a fun, teamwork setting. It provides motivation and guidance as well as the chance to be surrounded by the energy of other class members who are enthusiastic about improving their physical well-being. Allowing participants to be completely engaged in the workout the entire time through circuit training, Boot Camp is an exciting and challenging class and has continually proved to be a fast, efficient and highly effective way to get workouts done in a flash.
